Emmanuel Bentil

Emmanuel Bentil is an accomplished technology executive and business leader with over 18 years of experience spanning information technology, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, systems engineering, and organizational leadership. As Managing Director of iMark Consult, he provides strategic direction for the company, driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across all business units.

Before joining iMark Consult, Emmanuel held several senior technical and leadership roles within leading technology organizations. He served as a System Engineer at Exclusive Networks Africa, where he worked with globally recognized cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions including Fortinet, Netskope, SentinelOne, Tenable, Nutanix, and HCL Software. His extensive technical background has enabled him to successfully design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade technology solutions across diverse industries.

Earlier in his career, Emmanuel worked as a System Engineer at SuperTech and Fortinet, building deep expertise in network architecture, information security, systems administration, and digital transformation initiatives. He also contributed significantly to the National Health Insurance Scheme, where he managed information systems and network performance operations, helping improve service delivery through reliable technology infrastructure.

Beyond his corporate leadership responsibilities, Emmanuel serves as General Manager of iCodeZ, where he oversees business operations, administration, strategic planning, and organizational development. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams, fostering innovation, and creating technology-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Emmanuel's academic achievements reflect his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Technology at Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU). He also holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Education. Additionally, he earned a Professional Diploma in Network Engineering from NIIT, where he later contributed as an instructor, mentoring aspiring technology professionals and delivering training in Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
