Mr. Laud Alan Kofi Senanu, ESQ

Mr. Laud Senanu is a Partner at Lord and Lords Legal Practice. He holds an LLB from the University of Ghana,Legon, and was called to the Bar in 1983. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Senanu dedicated the majority of his professional career to the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), where he served in various senior management roles and ultimately retired as General Manager, Operations.

From 2013 to 201 5, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA), where he played a pivotal role in overseeing regulatory reforms and strengthening the pension industry in Ghana.

Mr. Senanu is a seasoned corporate lawyer with deep expertise in corporate governance. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Institute of Directors, Ghana. He has served on the boards of several prominent institutions, including Home Finance Company (now Republic Bank), Accra Brewery Limited, Broll Ghana Ltd, Ghana Students Hostel Company, Accra Abattoir and the Busua Beach Resort Limited.

Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for both the People's Pension Trust and First Merit Trust, which are licensed corporate trustees.
