Paul Elijah Ahiadu is a legal practitioner and operations professional with experience spanning corporate law, legal research, regulatory compliance, and organizational management. His diverse background enables him to provide practical legal solutions that support sustainable business growth and effective governance.
As Head of Legal & Compliance at iMark Consult, Paul oversees the company's legal and regulatory framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, industry standards, and corporate governance principles. He works closely with leadership to manage legal risks, strengthen compliance systems, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Beyond his role at iMark Consult, Paul serves as a Lawyer at Edfields Attorneys and as Chief Operations Officer at Pamital, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and operational leadership. He previously worked as a Project Coordinator and Researcher at Dennis Law Ghana and as a Research Assistant with the Judicial Service of Ghana. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Central University, where he built the strong legal foundation that continues to guide his professional practice.
