As Head of Technology at iMark Consult, Sledge leads the company's technology strategy, overseeing innovation, systems architecture, infrastructure development, and the delivery of scalable digital solutions. His expertise in network engineering, cloud connectivity, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure ensures that iMark Consult continues to deliver reliable and future-ready technology services aligned with global best practices.

Prior to joining iMark Consult, Sledge served as a Network Engineer at EFT Corporation and ITAdOn, where he managed cloud environments, AWS and IBM monitoring solutions, enterprise network architecture, and site-to-site connectivity solutions. He also held key engineering roles at Surfline Communications, Dolphin Telecom, MTN Ghana, Ecoband Networks, and InternetGhana Limited, gaining extensive hands-on experience across IP/MPLS networks, LTE infrastructure, VPN services, network security, and telecommunications operations. Sledge holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he actively participated in innovative engineering projects and technology exhibitions through the TRATECH society.
